We are a global procurement and trade-supply company based in Amsterdam. We source, verify, and deliver technical and industrial products for clients in the Netherlands, Egypt, and international markets.
We work with suppliers across Europe, Asia, and North America to give our clients access to the products they need, regardless of manufacturer, category, or country of origin.
Investments
Beyond trade, we invest. H Ventures is an investor in Healthcare Venture B.V., an independent company founded by Hazem Hedia. Its dedicated team acquires and strengthens established Dutch mental-health (GGZ) organizations, securing continuity and quality of care for the long term.
We are also establishing H Ventures Dubai, a dedicated entity in a Dubai free zone, to import fresh fruits and vegetables from Egypt into the United Arab Emirates. The produce is supplied by Remal, our family-owned Egyptian company responsible for import and export in Egypt.

Hazem Hedia · Founder & Director
Hazem Hedia is a civil engineer with extensive hands-on experience in global procurement and international trade. He has led sourcing operations valued at several million euros across marine equipment, vessel spare parts, industrial machinery, electrical components, compressors, CNC machines, and other specialized technical products. He is also the founder of Healthcare Venture B.V.
